floors!

Project 1 (Almost) Complete!

The floors in the living room are free and clear of the carpet!! It took about 3 hours to get all the carpet and tack boards out. Now just have to wash off the sticky dirt. And remove carpets in the rest of the house – no biggie.

In the kitchen, cabinets (minus doors) were sanded, primed and painted. Shelves lined. Cabinet doors will likely take more time, but successful completion of first paint job (you never know until you see it!) will make the rest of it easier (fingers crossed).
