on to more appealing thoughts — the plumber came, he is the first contractor/handyman that we have ever hired. Both Sergey and I really like him, he showed up on time, did some things and said that he would be back next week!

Now, before we purchased a house, I read a couple of different blogs about home renovations and the one thing that everyone seems to deal with are various issues/problems with contractors – apparently not showing up on time (or at all) is expected. But also every blogger out there talks about the importance of getting three estimates. So does that go for everything?? Like even small leaks? Uff…
